We built a mail center and security management system for a reputable company. Our business project manager and business consultants monitored and guided the project.  Our analysts managed and analyzed the tender. The analysis laid the foundation for the procurement of machinery and logistic software. Events during and after the project were controlled through monitoring and reporting of all processes.  We mastered this project within the planned time frame and within the original budget. We worked with third-party suppliers, whom we coached and managed.
